Log:

Remove the old non-mp3act music handler file, which was no longer accessible anyway.  Also rewrite the mp3act streaming code to remove the need for a data/music/ directory, and attempt to stream files straight from the local filesystem or from the backend if the files aren't available locally.  This seems to work for the most part, although there appear to be a few bugs with artwork streaming, and with music files on the backend that contain non-english characters.
