Log:

ff_mpegcontext_flush() in mpegvideo.c has not existed since the last ffmpeg
resync and mpeg12_flush() in mpeg12.c is no longer used.  Not sure how I'm
the first to get a link error about ff_mpegcontext_flush() though.
