Log:

fix mfd buildsystem partially

define __STDC_CONSTANT_MACROS, needed after last ffmpeg sync in #13655
remove superfluous checks for config.pro
added --prefix to configure

not build tested, since I stopped after the third needed but not tested library to install them
I have no intention of reviving mfd
