 As per discussion on -dev mailing (http://www.gossamer-
 threads.com/lists/mythtv/dev/272207) list I have attached an updated patch
 that adds a keybinding to mythwelcome context to launch mythtv-setup. This
 patch replaces the previous one.

 The keybinding is undefined by default as per the discussion.
