Comment:

 (In [13609]) Take the MythShutdownWakeupTime into account when determining
 whether
 mythbackend was started by the user or automatically.  If the wakeup time
 is within 15 minutes (plus or minus) of now, then we assume we were
 started
 automatically.  This is a new test, the existing tests still apply.

 Closes #3497 using patch by Matt Doran.
