 (In [14095]) Refs #2287. Updates DVDV hooks for mythtv-vid branch.

 This is disabled by default and Nigel is the only person to have gotten
 this change to work partially (i.e. with a couple bad crashes.) But it's
 there for you to try using the "--enable-dvdv" ./configure flag..
