 (In [14060]) Refs #2287. Fixes a regression in the ability to enable
 deinterlacing.

 Basically the SetScanType() just ignored any attempts to enable
 deinterlacing because we removed the m_DeintSetting from NuppelVidepPlayer
 and didn't replace it with anything now that the video renders track the
 deinterlacing settings.
