Log:

Improves the 'watched' detection by using the recording end time instead of the program end time when the recording has been stopped early. This doesn't help when the recording has ended early due to a backend restart, that would require the recording endtime was periodically updated during recording.

Add doxygen comments for NVP::SetWatched.
