Log:

Add an alternate view in the events screen that shows the list of events in
an image grid. The images show an analyse frame roughly from the middle of
the event that shows any detected movement outlined in red by default. This
makes it easy to quickly look though a large number of events looking for
anything suspicious without having to play every event.

Add a popup menu with options to refresh the event list, switch views and
delete all events that match the current filter.

NOTE: changes the protocol version in mythzmserver so both the server and all
clients need to be updated at the same time.

NOTE: requires r13978 or later of MythTV to be _installed_ first.
