 After spending an hour or so browsing and rotating numerous holiday photos
 I noticed that mythgallery does not regenerate folder thumbnail images if
 the thumbnail's source image is rotated within the folder to display
 properly.

 This has the effect of leaving the thumbnails of portrait photos lying on
 their side when folder navigation icons are displayed, whilst the
 thumbnails in the folder itself are displayed correctly (albeit cropped).
