 This is not working when base is:
 http://images.news8austin.com/media/weather/onair/
 and the only image is: RADAR_TRAVIS-large.gif

 Going into Mythweather it just hangs in "Retrieving weather data". If I
 put back the old animaps.pl, I get the static picture (the picture I
 reference above is an animated gif)
