 (In [13914]) Refs #3326. Fixes some problems with 'AskAllowRecording'
 code.

 The old code could not handle more than one recorder needing you to exit
 live tv or take another action with respect to live tv, but with input
 groups multiple recorders may need you to take an action in a single
 LiveTV session.

 I have not yet looked at all the pseudoLiveTVRecording issues, but from
 black-box testing it appears we can enter and leave this mode.
