 The still frames in DVD menus are not decoded when using libmpeg2. Thus,
 one gets single color backgrounds in DVD menus. This worked in 0.20-fixes.
 XvMC and ffmpeg seem to work fine.

 Here's a quote from skamithi (I hope you don't mind!) after discussing
 this in e-mail:

 "I ran a debug around line 3208, just before the still frame is decoded.
 looks like ffmpeg parsed the frame but for some reason libmpeg2 fails to
 decode what ffmpeg parsed. So i'm guessing the recent ffmpeg sync caused
 libmpeg2 to not be able to decode the frame. "
 ...
 "i don't use libmpeg2 so i really have no interest in resolving this."
