 I think this is the same issue as described in ticket #2335.  I too am
 having the problem, and it seems as if it is related to the ffmpeg resync
 that was performed at 13655.  Ticket #2335 is listed as a "minor"
 priority, but I am hoping it can be escalated since this is literally a
 "show stopper" for me that results in significant loss of WAF  points :-)
