Comment:

 (In [13799]) Fixes #3685. Fixes segfault when
 VideoOutputXv::CreateShmImages fails for the XShm playback method.

 mythfrontend video playback still doesn't work under Xvnc, but this allows
 MythTV to recover more gracefully.
