- mythcommflag-analyze:
	- Add a "recordedmarkup" graph
	- Remove some unused code.
- TemplateMatcher.cpp:
	- Fix up off-by-one output of frame numbers in debugging messages.
	- Don't use extreme values of histogram domain, to eliminate use of
	  egregious outliers.
