Log:

- Make TemplateMatcher pick a decent local minimum value for deciding the
  logo/no-logo threshold value, instead of the former hard-coded value of
  "0.47".

- Add a "mythcommflag-analyze" script that can interpret the debugging output
  files and graphically depict results from the Experimental mythcommflagger,
  to help tuning.
