Comment:

 A plain configure/qmake/make will only generate binaries now. Same as on
 Linux.

 The two ways to build a bundle with an icon are;
 [[BR]]
 1) configure with --enable-mac-bundle, and
 [[BR]]
 2) use contrib/OSX/osx-packager.pl to build everything.
 [[BR]]
 I may add a --icon option to osx-bundler.pl, but don't hold your breath!
