 (In [12422]) v0.20.11, 2007-01-05.  Added the "Add" document convention.
 Add
 --with-bindings=perl to the compile section.  Clarify SMP compile
 instructions.  Add Bruce's section on explaining how the scheduler deals
 with multiple recording options.  Update database backup commands.  Closes
 #2869.
 Add crappy diagram for Bruce's scheduler explanation.
