 I just upgraded to 20-fixes (SVN reports at 12902).  I'm using the
 MythCenter-wide theme and all of the MythWeather pages are messed up.  The
 text and images are fine but all the frames/borders look, from casual
 observation, like they are for a 4:3 display and are left aligned.  This
 is true for every page within the MythWeather plugin.
