Re #3117, Updates the ajax filter to work on categories, genres, browse. Adds some missing translation strings, Hopefully fixes the artwork download issue. Updates the javascript to use prototype $ rather then get_element. Updates the ajax to pass around the id rather then storing it in a hidden div. Misc fixups.
