 (In [12859]) Re #3117, Fixes an issue with double urlescaping strings,
 prototype does so automatically, so this fixes the imdb lookup on titles
 with spaces. Escape slashes and other special chars. Switches over to ~:~
 as the ajax command spacer, this allows imdb tiles with : in them to
 display correctly. Also a little bit of javascript cleanup
