 The "View Full Plot" dialog uses the "defaultSmallFont", which is the
 (non-themed) QT font you've defined in frontend settings under
 "Appearance" on the page "QT" (around page 5 or so).  If you haven't
 changed the defaults, this will be a 12-point font.

 Oh, and BTW, this is /definitely/ one of the places where 0.20-fixes and
 below will show issues with improperly configured DPI (i.e. something
 other than 100DPI).  See

 100x100DPI and the font is still too small for your tastes, change the QT
