 *Renamed ITV network to ION network and updated callsign references.
 * Added ION generic network logo.
 * Added JEWELRYTV network logo.
 * Added callsigns for Raleigh, NC stations.
 * Formatted networktourl.txt to first column width 30 and
 callsigntonetwork.txt to first column width 17.
