 (In [12758]) Refs #2287. Reworks some ifdef's and silences a couple
 compile time warnings. This allows all the various video output methods
 that work on Linux to be enabled/disabled invidually (unless one depends
 on another, XVideo support is needed for any output method in
 VideoOutputXv).
