 (In [12737]) Refs #2287. Implements video renderer fallback in mythtv-vid
 branch.

 This allows you to compile in multiple conflicting video output methods,
 such as Linux framebuffer support and X11 support and select the preferred
 one at runtime based on your video display profile.
