 Patch looks good to me, except for the ifndef WIN32 stuff. The proper way
 to do this is to fix the MediaManager so that it is created (even if it is
 a dummy class that does nothing) on that platform.
 I will try to modify mythmediamonitor.cpp so that it creates an empty
 class on Windows.
