Log:

Fixes #4331. Adds default bindings for the volume keys on some keyboards and USB remotes. This extends the patch by hvesakai to work in the plugins and work with the new bindings in tv_play.cpp since 0.20 + it adds a DB update so existing MythTV installations can benefit from volume keys; the old bindings are still there so this should effect functionality for anyone who has remapped those keys themselves with xmodmap.
