Log:

Apply the same changes made in [15149] to the wide version of
weather-ui.xml, should prevent the segfault reported on the mailing
list.

"Give the weather screen containers areas, should fix a blank screen bug
or segfault for those themes using the default weather-ui.xml

I've moved some background images into the background container, these
backgrounds don't work so well with the 3 day, 6 day and 18hour
screens but it's just temporary since I'll be converting mythweather
to mythui soon anyway."
