Comment:

 I am hoping that the fix in #4301, which was applied in [15184],
 completely fixes the original problem. If not, please open a new ticket -
 this one is too busy to follow.

 I haven't added any extra debug. I think snoop or tcpdump are good enough
 to narrow down any problems.
