 Added revised patch to allow the MythWeb Weather module to use the new
 MythWeather-revamp as a data source.

 This revision allows you to (partially) configure MythWeather via MythWeb.
 The settings component allows addition/deletion of screens, changing
 locations, changing units, re-ordering screens, etc.

 Patch was produced with 'svn diff' against the latest SVN revision.

 This is meant to replace the previous patch listed on this ticket.
