 The attached diff will patch mythflixqueue.cpp to correctly pass the movie
 id to the netflix.pl script to allow Move to Top and Remove to work
 correctly in the queue of the MythFlix plugin.

 This should resolve defect [http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/3575 3575]
 and defect [http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/3577 3577].
