 Shouldn't mythweather background updates be disabled while watching TV or
 a video? Doesn't make sense to steal CPU cycles especially for those with
 frontends with slower CPUs to be quieter and consume less power.

 Background updates could lead eventually to weather be shown on the main
 menu as the clock has been added; therefore disabling background updates
 all together would be undesirable.
