 If this is accepted, mythtv/keys.txt could get moved to
 mythtv/docs/default_keys.txt and add
 {{{
 USER_INSTALLS += default_keys.txt
 }}}
 to the docs.pro.

 As far as I am aware keys.txt is documentation only, if not another
 approach may be needed.
