 When trying to capture a H264 stream over DVB, for some reason,
 "_buffer_packets" stays "true" and data never gets written to the actual
 ring buffer file in DTVRecorder::BufferedWrite

 The attached patch fixes it. Since MPEG2 works, I made the handling of the
 buffer uniform across H264 and MPEG2.
