 Actually, I cannot take credit for the workaround, other than just posting
 it for others with the same problem.  I simply had it in an email I
 received, but an any rate, it will certainly work on multiple IVTV cards,
 but I cannot verify DVB card operation.  It might be a good test just to
 see if it does, perhaps then that will indicate a need to add
 functionality to identify the stream type.
