 There are two packages in the ubuntu packages database
 (http://packages.ubuntu.com/feisty/web/php-services-weather and
 http://packages.ubuntu.com/feisty/perl/libweather-com-perl) which look to
 me like they could be used to fix mythweather and mythweb-weather.
