(HBO HD, Showtime HD, CineMAX HD, Starz! HD) have incorrect recording
lengths. A two-hour recording will typically show a total recording time
of about one hour and 40 minutes

I wrote the above in mid-2006, with no change since then in terms of this
bug's continued existence. Today, I recorded
''[http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0410297/ The Lake House]'', which made its
television debut on HBO HD. Surprisingly, the recording's elapsed time is
exactly correct. The two previous HBO HD recordings, from a month ago (but
also using 0.20-fixes), as well as very-recent recordings from Showtime
HD, CineMAX HD, and Starz! HD, all still exhibit the issue. Is there
 something unusual about the film's
