Log:

Perform a reschedule when a new recording is started.  This fixes a
bug where the first of back-to-back programs causes a recording rule
with maxnewest set to 0 to reach its maxepisodes count.  Previously,
there was no guarantee the scheduler would run again to mark the
following program as rsTooMany before the first program ended.  By
then, Myth would have already committed to recording the following
program and would consequently auto-expire and already recorded one
prematurely.
