 Since upgrading to SVN-head, anything I transcode that was originally
 recorded from a specific channel (ABC) has it's audio transcoded at twice
 the speed, the result being that the audio plays twice as fast as it
 should in both MythTV and MPlayer. MythTV then continually adjusts the
 video as it detects the desync and the result looks and sounds horrible,
 while MPlayer just finishes the audio in half the time as the video.

 I mentioned this problem in #2477, but it turned out to be unrelated.
