 hello people,

 I'm having a problem displaying EPG in Arabic. the EPG encoding coming
 from showtime network is ISO-8859-6 (arabic encoding) and the sql database
 is set to UTF-8. is there a way to convert the text from iso-8859-6 to
 UTF-8 before inserting to the database.

 please let me know
