Log:

Inside NuppelVideoPlayer::TranscodeGetNextFrame(), when we're transcoding and
applying the cutlist, stop processing when we hit the totalFrames count that
Myth sees for the video.  Previously we'd continue processing which would
cause stray frames to appear at the end of a transode because the cutlist
editor normally sets the max cutpoint to totalFrames which in reality may
be slightly before the end of the recording.
