 The attached patch adds Genres to the Search Lists menu.  I'm not sure if
 anyone else will find this useful, but I found that the Category list is
 too limiting.  For example: I like to record both Blackjack and Poker
 shows.  These shows are two separate categories and neither are the
 category of Card shows.  Both, however, are in the Genre of Card Shows.
 Now, while I have set up a recording Power Rule for this genre, there was
 no simple way to preview the genre before creating the rule to even know I
 wanted it.  Hence this patch.  I also reused the TV_SEARCH_CATEGORY button
 type so that the same icon is used for category searches since this is a
 similar function.
