 (In [11602]) Tidyup of DVD/VCD/SVCD directory detection. Tested on OS X,
 but have only
 tried compiling on Linux. Includes Mac OS X audio detection hack which
 will
 be needed for plugin MythMediaMonitor upgrade. See #2598
