 Below a patch to repair a few defects in teletext OSD mode for IVTV/DVB
 cards:

 * FastText/FLOF menu page loading corrected for IVTV cards

 * OSD refresh when typing teletext page numbers

 Enhancement:

 * FastText/FLOF menu items only visible when page is available

 This enhancement has been implemented as in some cases the menu page link
 is not
 available (and keypress not redirecting to new page), even when the menu
 item is displayed.
 As soon as the menu page link is assigned, the item will appear at the
 bottom of the page.
