Log:

In RecStatusChar(), when the cardid is not known for rsRecording,
return the rsCurrentRecording char. This had been the case on the
Previously Recorded page where the card used for recording is not
known in 'oldrecorded'. Rather than showing "0" as the assumed
card number, it now shows "R".
