 (In [11523]) Refs #2426. per isaac suggestion. changed keybinding. new
 keybinding is called EXITSHOWNOPROMPTS. this just quits, even if prompts
 are enabled.
 removed STOPSHOW action. ESCAPE action will now bring up exit prompts if
 prompts is enabled. if u chose delete recording
 from the exit prompt and chose "keep it", recording doesn't exit. resolved
 that.
