Log:

This fixes a bug in the mpeg2transcoder as reported in #2260
The issue is that the end of the cut-point was at a corrupted section of the stream, and the frame-numbers weren't consistant.
The fix addesses the last issue reported by Thomas, but is likely unrelated to
the originally reported problem, so more work is likely needed for that case.
