 If I run mythtv-setup on a remote X display, the colours, both inside the
 mythtv-setup window and outside it are mangled if focus is in the mythtv-
 setup window. Colours are normal if focus is outside the window. It looks
 like mythtv is installing a bogus colour map. Also, note even if a colour
 map is used, this focus behavious is exactly the opposite of what woudl be
 required. To see this:

    ssh -X mythtv
    mythtv-setup --geometry 800x600

 change focus by clicking inside and outside of the window.

 xdpyinfo shows support for both 24bit Truecolour and 24bit Directcolour.

 Mythfrontend also displays this behaviour, but it makes less sense to run
 mythfrontend this way. This problem didn't exist in version 0.19.
