 I think I saw this last night for the first time as well, or at least
 something extremely similiar.  The wife was watching a show and told me
 that when it ended it just automatically deleted it without prompting her
 at the end of the recording.  I can't give many more details as I didn't
 experience it first hand and I've seen it prompt every time I've used it
 since the new OSD improvements.  I'm running SVN Head from a few weeks
 ago.

 We were not using the "Watch List", just a standard recording.  I believe
 it's from a series that hasn't experienced this behavior before, so I'm
 not sure if this is "random" or not?  I'll let you know if I see any of
 the symptoms again.
